My photos in ScopeTek appear incredibly yellow, and I am unsure on how to reset the white balance such that my white background is actually white, not yellow.

Answer by Robert Polubinski

Open the application and then upload a photo, then go to Image > Adjust > Color. From the same menu, use Gamma and adjust the light used in the picture.

The yellow/white setting can also be adjust from Image> Adjust > HSM > HL. Move the HL slider until the yellow becomes white.

The application allows you to capture video, still video, or images, but for the video capture option you can't record only 5 minutes in an hour. If you start the video capture, at the end of the wizard, you will have the possibility to choose the amount of minutes to perform the recording.

Is there a list of CCD cameras that are compatible with ScopePhoto for acquiring images? Or how can I determine if a CCD camera I am interested in is compatible with ScopePhoto software?

Answer by Julia Bocchetta

ScopePhoto has been designed to have native support for CCD camera devices. You can use it along with your CCD camera for all kind of operations you need. Also, this application has been suggested as an alternative for CCD camera images.

I need to elaborate DLL for control of image acquisition parameters such as gain, exposition time etc. from Matlab program. Somebody told me that previously you had put information about camera programming onto your site, but now it is absent.
Please, could you give me this information.

For this job, you need to contact the developers of the application, and they will provide you with all the necessary information on how to handle the DLL file. There is an online FAQ page, but it does not contain the necessary information related to DLL control.
